Our love affair with the French Alps began on a trip with Cheese Journeys, a boutique travel company specializing in cheese and wine adventures. There, we fell for the Savoie and Jura — alpine regions bursting with delicious, one-of-a-kind cheeses and wines.

This region is home to classic tommes like Tomme de Savoie, alongside iconic cheeses such as Comté and Beaufort, plus wines that may fly under the radar but are every bit as exciting.
