Title: Light Up The Lanes: An All-Ages Skee-Ball™️ Tournament!

Overview:
Think you're the family Skee-Ball champ? It's time to prove it! Bring the whole crew to Elston Electric for our first-ever All-Ages Skee-Ball Tournament and see who comes out on top and who gets zapped!
Registration & Cost:
FREE to register!
*Gamecard purchase required to participate during the qualifying period.
Prizes:
1st: A pair of Salt Shed concert gift certificates
2nd: $50 EE arcade game card
3rd: $25 EE arcade game card
Complete Details and Agenda:
Qualifying Round (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
- Participants may roll as many games as they'd like during the qualifying period.
- We'll record each participant's top five scores.
- Only your best five scores will count towards qualification.
Finals (Beginning at 3:00 PM)
Once qualifying concludes, we'll tally the scores, and the top 8 rollers with the highest cumulative point totals will advance to the finals.
Finalists will then compete in a bracketed series of games until a champion is crowned.
Skeeball Tournament – Terms & Conditions / Liability Waiver
By registering for this tournament (“Event”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in recreational activities, including skeeball, involves inherent risks such as minor injuries, slips, falls, or equipment-related issues. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the event organizer(s), venue, sponsors, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in or attendance at the Event.
3. Personal Responsibility
You agree to act responsibly and follow all posted rules and instructions. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
4. Alcohol & Conduct
If alcohol is served, you confirm you are of legal drinking age and will consume responsibly. The organizer is not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from intoxication.
5. Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize the organizer to seek medical assistance on your behalf. You are responsible for any resulting medical costs.
6. No Guarantees / Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, format, or rules of the Event as necessary. No guarantees are made regarding prizes, outcomes, or tournament structure.
7. Media Release
You grant permission for photos and videos taken at the Event to be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. Marketing Communications Consent
By registering for this Event, you agree to receive communications from the event organizer regarding this event, future tournaments, special events, promotions, and other related opportunities. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our emails or by contacting the event organizer directly.
9. Agreement to Terms
By registering for this Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
