Welcome to Lifeward Experiences: The Best Way to Play founded by Yogi Rich. We aim to put together holistic and truly satisfying events centered around movement, community, and joy. This express session is perfect for anyone but specifically tailored to address the physical and mental woes from office work a/o working from home. Each session is unique but will emphasize hip, lowback, and upperbody opening to counter the hunching and scrunching that accompanies modern life. Each class is tailored for and by the students and your progress towards perminant peace is our goal.
Look out for the Free Park Yoga Signs near where we will practice. We are entirely donation based where we strongly prefer cash investments between 5-52 dollars per Experience. Upon request we do accept Venmo and Zelle electronic investments. Our recurring Investors at 52 dollars a month gets you acess to all of our gatherings and 52 dollars every 3 months gets you access to 3 events a month. At each experience you will likely find plants, arts, and natural beauty products available for sale to supplement your lifestyle. We will never turn away someone who can't invest with us so please come on out! If youre interested in private sessions with Yogi Rich in the future please let him know, his base rate is 52 dollars per hour long session.
Since we are outside the classes are weather dependent - if the high is below 60 degrees a/o there is consistent rain within an hour of the Experience, we will cancel the event and send as much notification as possible. If for whatever reason the conditions are poor but you have not recieved a cancellation notice, assume the class is not happening.
