Amongst the busyness, how often do you give yourself permission to pause, take a breath and do something just for YOU?Envisage Creative Arts welcomes you to Letting Go & Going with the Flow, a two-hour Creative Expression Workshop where we’ll explore flowing intuitive painting and the freedom of allowing things to unfold without needing to control the outcome.
Through colour, movement and a little creative mess, you’ll have the opportunity to loosen your grip, quieten your inner critic and reconnect with the simple pleasure of being present in the moment.
