About this Event
Let It Go
A Full Moon Sound Bath for Release, Renewal & Inner Peace
Not everything is meant to be carried forever.
Some thoughts.
Some worries.
Some disappointments.
Some expectations.
The Full Moon is a powerful reminder that releasing is just as important as receiving.
This immersive Sound Bath Experience is an opportunity to gently set down the emotional, mental, and energetic weight you've been carrying and create space for something lighter.
Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drum, and healing frequencies, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative state where letting go can happen naturally and without force.
This experience may support you in:
✨ Releasing emotional heaviness
✨ Letting go of stress and overwhelm
✨ Finding peace with what cannot be changed
✨ Creating space for renewal and healing
✨ Cultivating greater ease and acceptance
✨ Returning to a sense of inner calm
You don't have to solve everything tonight.
You don't have to figure it all out.
For one evening, you can simply exhale.
Release the weight.
Renew your spirit.
Return to peace.
No experience necessary. Simply come as you are.
