LEAW NETWORK - LEGO Serious Play

This Leading Estate Agents of the World (LEAW) network gathering is designed to bring members together for useful conversation, shared insight and practical development, followed by a hands-on session designed to test and shape your 2027 vision.

Taking place at the Radisson Blu penthouse in Leicester Square, London, the event offers space to step away from the daily pace of running an estate agency, look at what is happening across the market and connect with fellow independent agents.

The morning will begin with a network update before moving into a discussion about the current market, what members are seeing in their local areas and how agents are responding to the challenges and opportunities in front of them. There will also be time to share best practice, learn from the approaches of other LEAW members and recognise the quarterly wins that deserve to be celebrated.

The aim is to make the conversation useful, honest and relevant to the decisions you are making in your own business.

Then it’s time to test your 2027 vision with LEGO® Serious Play®.

The session will be led by Caroline Jessop, a Certified Professional Facilitator and Certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator. Caroline specialises in designing and facilitating purposeful, energising workshops, meetings and conferences that help people work together, make progress and leave with a genuine sense that their time has been well spent.

Her experience includes working with organisations and leadership teams across a range of sectors, including Pfizer, Imperial College London, Onfido, the NHS and Oxford University. Her approach is warm, inclusive and carefully designed to make sure every person in the room has the opportunity to contribute.

Using LEGO models, Caroline will guide the group through a series of challenges that help you explore your vision for 2027. You will build a model, share the story behind it and reflect on what it reveals about your priorities, opportunities, challenges and ambitions.

The process helps make ideas visible, surfaces different perspectives and creates a practical conversation about what needs to be true for your vision to become reality. Rather than allowing the loudest voice or quickest thinker to dominate the conversation, LEGO Serious Play gives every participant a clear opportunity to build, explain and contribute.

This is not about being artistic or building something technically impressive. It is not a competition, and no previous experience with LEGO is needed. The bricks are simply a tool for thinking, communicating and exploring ideas in a different way.

You can expect an engaging and memorable experience that challenges your assumptions, strengthens connections and helps turn an idea for 2027 into a clearer, shared direction.

By the end of the event, you will have heard what other members are seeing, contributed your own experience, celebrated progress across the network and spent meaningful time with fellow LEAW members.

Come ready to share what you are seeing, be open to different perspectives and give yourself permission to think beyond the immediate pressures of the market.

This is more than a network update. It is time to think, build, share and move forward together.

This is strictly a private network member only event. Two seats available per licenced area.
