Discover how to identify, select, ripen, and use a variety of pears at their peak while exploring creative ways to incorporate this beloved fall fruit into both sweet and savory dishes. Gain practical tips, culinary inspiration, and a deeper appreciation for pears as you enjoy a delicious seasonal meal showcasing their unique flavors and versatility. One of our produce experts will also be on hand to answer your questions about seasonal availability, selection, storage, and preparation.

For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
