About this Event

Strengthen Yourself. Lead Others. Create Sustainable Impact.

Leading for Change with Purpose is a seven-session leadership development programme for people working across climate, community and human rights action, including Palestine solidarity, environmental and grassroots community initiatives.

Led by experienced Organisational Psychologist and Leadership Coach Samia Shehadeh, the programme offers space to reflect, learn alongside others and strengthen your ability to create meaningful, sustainable change.

What will you explore?

  • Lead Yourself: Develop greater self-awareness, clarity, confidence and resilience.
  • Lead Others: Strengthen communication, relationships, collaboration and influence.
  • Lead Within the Wider System: Navigate complexity, make purposeful decisions and turn shared values into effective action.

Through leadership psychology, group coaching, practical exercises and shared reflection, you'll explore your strengths, values and leadership patterns, using Samia's Holistic Ecosystemic Leadership Model (HELM).
