Join Nonprofit Utopia on our Leadership Summit on the Lake — a unique leadership development experience that brings together grassroots founders, faith leaders, community organizers, government officials, and supporters who believe stronger leaders create stronger communities.
Against the backdrop of Chicago's skyline and the waters of Lake Michigan, participants will engage in leadership development, relationship building, recognition, and celebration — while developing practical strategies to navigate the challenges facing today's nonprofit sector.
Using our ANCHOR™ Framework, leaders from across the region will chart their course before they set sail: beginning a 90-day roadmap, a plan for the obstacles ahead, and the clarity to lead through them.
We will pause to present the Community Anchor Award to local leaders whose work is strengthening neighborhoods across the region — trusted voices whose organizations and congregations reach thousands of residents across Chicago.
