Originally from Philadelphia, Lavva began her musical journey in 2016, weaving R&B, hip-hop, and alternative sounds together with higher consciousness and loving intention. Her debut album, Kilauea, has received more than 500,000 streams worldwide.
Through sound, Lavva reminds listeners of their GodSelf, reclaims the sacred imagery and spirituality of her lineage, and deepens her connection with Source. For more than two decades, Mike has cultivated community as an emcee, DJ, B-boy, hip-hop cultural arts ambassador, and ecological designer—using music as a catalyst for social, economic, environmental, and personal transformation.
Known for his commanding stage presence, thought-provoking lyricism, and powerful delivery, Mike has shared the stage with Public Enemy, De La Soul, KRS-ONE, Pharoahe Monch, Les Nubians, The Hieroglyphics, and many more.
