**REFUND, TRANSFER & CHARGEBACK POLICY**:
- **ALL SALES ARE FINAL**. Absolutely no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued by the organizers for any reason.
- **TICKET TRANSFERS PERMITTED**: Ticket transfers and resales are allowed directly through our ticketing platform features. However, all original purchases remain strictly non-refundable from Lagos Boulevard LLC.
- By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly agrees that all ticket sales and VIP table deposits are non-refundable and may not be canceled or disputed.
- Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks filed through credit card issuers are strictly prohibited and will be contested with full documentation (including IP address logs, ticket transaction history, and event check-in records).
