About this Event
KWISA is hosting a series of World Café conversations to explore the experiences, challenges and support needed for women of African Heritage in Scotland in relation to gender-based violence (GBV).
These sessions will shape future programmes, advocacy and community-led solutions.
The day will consist of small café-style group conversations where you will share reflections, ideas and lived experiences.
This event is for women of African Heritage living in Scotland.
This is an 18+ event.
No previous experience with community events or GBV discussions required.
Please note, this is not a therapy session or a space to share details of graphic violence and well being support will be available during the event.
Your voice is important, and your insights will contribute to a final report shared with the funders, stakeholders and the wider community.
Light refreshments will be provided.
