Scottish Property Investor Awards

Join us for the Scottish Property Investor Awards 2026 — an evening celebrating the people, businesses and achievements shaping Scotland’s property community.

Taking place on Friday 27 November at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel, this black-tie event brings together property investors, business owners and professionals from across Scotland for a night of celebration, recognition and networking.

Enjoy a champaigne reception and canapés on arrival, followed by a Christmas dinner, the Scottish Property Investor Awards ceremony and live entertainment into the evening.

With 10 award categories recognising outstanding achievements across the property community, the winners will be announced live on the night and celebrated on stage.

Whether you’re attending with your team, hosting a table or coming along to meet new people, it’s the perfect opportunity to celebrate the year, connect with the Scottish property community and finish 2026 in style.
