What’s Kwanzaa Crawl FAMILY REUNION?
Kwanzaa Crawl is the largest Black bar crawl in the world.
In celebration of our 10th year, we’re bringing you a special summer edition on June 6: the Kwanzaa Crawl Family Reunion. Because who doesn’t love a reunion?
We'll have thousands of Black folks coming together to celebrate our Blackness and support our Black-owned businesses—backing our community while we back that a$$ up.
One borough. Millions of Black dollars poured into Black businesses over the years.
How The Crawl Works?
A few thousand friends, broken into teams of about 100 people, meet at a central location for a Kick-Off ceremony to get things started. From there, you Crawl with your team to the hottest Black-owned spots in Brooklyn. They’ll be closed to the public and ready to welcome us with private parties, drink specials, DJs, and more.

How Do I Pick A Team?
Pick A Team by either:
- Choosing the bar you’d like to head to right after the kick-off. Each team will go to 3 scheduled stops. You pick the first, we’ll surprise you with the others at the Crawl. After your 3rd stop, you can hop around to any participating Kwanzaa Crawl venues you want!
- Choosing the team leader you’d like to follow for the night. Team leaders are like your turnt tour-guides; they’re all great but if there’s someone specific you want to be with, that's the team to choose.
- Choosing a neighborhood and picking a Wildcard ticket. The Kwanzaa Crawl crew will pick a team for you and your group.
- Choosing an experience. Kwanzaa Crawl offers curated experiences, like a smaller party inside a big ass party! Here is the 2026 List of experiences:

- Rum & Music @ Brooklyn Bank
- Stay & Play Venue: Crown Hill Theater (Team 9S)
- Literally just picking one. It’s hard to have a bad time at Kwanzaa Crawl, so just get in where you fit in! Teams fill up fast, and we cannot add people to sold out teams. (Team size is determined by venue capacity; ignoring that capacity is unsafe, illegal, and causes wrinkles.)
Pro Tip: If you’re crawling with friends, be sure to select the same team. Double-check the number and letter, if there is one.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
Wristbands are mandatory for the event.
Wristband Pickup is the weekend before the Crawl at our Summer Marketplace at BK Navy Yard! Come out and support Black businesses before the crawl!

If you’re buying tickets for friends they won’t be automatically added to our mailing list, but that’s how we send out updates and location information. Make sure they sign up here or make sure you’re forwarding them the emails.
