The 1.5hr workshop will begin with some kombucha tasting! We will sample a few of Lucy’s most popular flavours (including her 2* Great Taste Award winning ginger & turmeric favourite, and elderflower & lime – made with locally foraged elderflower), along with an introduction to what Kombucha is & its benefits.
Then we’ll make some! You choose the flavour & you’ll be given your very own home grown organic scoby (the starter culture) which can then be used to infinity to make as many more batches as you’d like.
We’ll then talk through how to get maximum flavour & fizz once the brewing process has finished at home, as well as various tips & troubleshooting advice.
An information sheet plus recipes will also be provided to take home with you.
