About this Event
Data is one of the most valuable assets in any business, but many organisations struggle to turn it into something meaningful. Information exists everywhere, sales figures, customer records, and operational reports. But it is not always clear how to translate all of that into insights that actually support better decisions.
In many cases, teams spend a significant amount of time going through spreadsheets, checking numbers one by one, and trying to make sense of what is happening. Even when the data is available, it is not always easy to see patterns, understand trends, or know which information truly matters for the business.
This workshop is designed to help you approach your data in a clearer and more structured way. You will learn how to explore your sales data, customer data and operational data more effectively, identify what is important, and turn information into insights that you can actually use in decision-making.
By the end of the session, you will feel more confident in working with your data and using it to support better business outcomes.
What You Will Learn
- Using AI for data analysis: Learn how to work with sales, customer, and operational data in a more efficient way, even if you do not have a technical background.
- Asking better questions: understand how the quality of your questions directly affects the quality of insights you receive.
- Spot trends and patterns: Identify opportunities, risks, and changes that might not be obvious at first glance.
- Turning insights into action: Move beyond analysis and make decisions that actually impact your business.
- Understand key metrics: Get clearer on what your numbers really mean and how to use them.

Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Policy
1) Your legal rights: Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this policy limits them. This policy applies to tickets for this event only.
2) If we cancel or materially change the event: If we cancel this event, or change its date, content, format or delivery mode so materially that it no longer meets your reasonable needs, you can choose either:
(a) a full refund of the total you paid, including Eventbrite fees, to your original payment method; or
(b) a transfer to a later event of your choice.
We do not deduct any fee from these refunds. Minor changes, such as a substitute presenter, a running-order change, or a different room at the same venue, do not entitle you to a refund under this clause. If you think a change is material, email and we will decide within 5 business days. We will give reasons if we decline, and your legal rights are unaffected.
3) If you cannot attend: Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind. If you tell us at least 14 days before the event, you may move your ticket once to another session, subject to availability. It has no cash value.
4) Transferring your ticket to another person: You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event, by emailing with the new attendee’s name and email, or via Eventbrite’s transfer tool where enabled. Tickets must not be resold for more than you paid. We set this cut-off because we confirm final attendee numbers with the venue and caterer, and prepare name badges and course materials, 7 days before each event.
5) No-show or leaving early: No refund or credit is available if you do not attend or leave part-way through, except as required by law.
6) Refund requests: Email with your name, order number and the clause you rely on. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days and decide them within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days.
7) Conduct: We may refuse entry or remove an attendee who endangers others or seriously disrupts the event. No refund is due for that. This does not limit your legal rights.
8) Tickets sold through Eventbrite: Eventbrite processes tickets. Its refund tools and terms apply in addition to this policy, and we will honour the rights set out here. For advisory, training or consulting under a separate written agreement, that agreement’s terms apply together with clauses 1 and 2.
