Step into a guided space where your body meets choice, tension, and awareness in real time. Through creative scenarios, you explore stillness, restraint, and sensation—learning how focus sharpens, intensity builds, and connection deepens.

This is where challenge becomes play, and your body discovers new edges of control, trust, and presence.

When: 2x/Month: 2nd Thursday & 4th Saturday
Time: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Location: Studio 202, 43 Towns Road, Etobicoke

What to Wear: Casual, costume, or kinky attire (change on site)
What to Bring: A healthy dish to share + a curious mind
