Discover a playful and empowering way to connect with a partner in this beginner-friendly class that blends yoga, mindful movement, and intentional partner dynamics. Designed for pairs—friends, partners, or curious collaborators—this workshop explores how trust, communication, and mutual support can deepen connection, presence, and self-awareness.
Led by experienced instructors Fox and mtn grrl, you and your partner will move through a series of yoga poses together, exploring partnered alignment, breath synchronization, and supportive touch. The focus is on fun, playfulness, and co-regulation, helping you learn how to communicate, guide, and respond to one another in a safe, grounded, and mindful way.
This class is designed for partners, and you must bring a partner to participate. No prior yoga or partner experience is required. Bring your own yoga mats if possible; a limited number of mats are available to rent. Please also bring a large towel or small blanket for each participant.

- Partnered yoga poses to explore alignment, balance, and mutual support

- A safe, non-judgmental environment for curiosity, creativity, and exploration
This class is about discovering the power of play, vulnerability, and co-regulation through movement—not sexual activity. Participants can wear clothing that feels comfortable; nude participation is optional.

- Bring a partner, yoga mat(s), towel or blanket, and an open mind
