🛡️ Kids’ Self-Defence Workshops | 16–20 November 2026What could your child say or do if someone bullied them in the playground?
This Anti-Bullying Week, we’re turning every Mini Heroes and Junior Heroes class into a free workshop! Our theme is Break the Silence, and we’ll use games and supervised drills to help children practise what to do in tricky situations. 💚
💬 Spot bullying and use a clear, confident voice when it’s safe to speak up.
🥋 Practise simple self-defence skills, like getting free from a wrist grab or standing up safely if pushed to the floor.
🏃 Move somewhere safe and tell a trusted adult.
🤝 Look out for a friend who needs help and what to do/what not to do to help.
Our message to every child: bullying is never your fault, and asking for help takes courage.
