Ezequiel Labarthe works at the intersection of healthcare, technology and organizational transformation. His career spans the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship, AI adoption and education. He currently helps organizations explore how artificial intelligence can improve the way people work, combining technology with organizational change, stakeholder alignment and practical implementation.
He is also an Adjunct Faculty member at IE University, where he teaches project management and works with students on navigating complexity, decision-making and execution.
