Kemetic Yoga + Kava Ceremony is an intentional evening of breath, movement, stillness, and ritual led by Jalenzski.Through Kemetic postures and slow, deliberate movement, we will enter the body with attention and move toward greater balance and presence. Kava will be shared throughout the ceremony, becoming part of its rhythm rather than something that comes after.
Come prepared to move slowly, drink with intention, and make space for what wants to return.
