��Peter Krsul, 55, of Niagara Falls, has been charged with causing damage or injury to an animal and bestiality.The cat, Faith, was reportedly found severely emaciated and bound inside a motel residence. She was taken to an animal hospital and was later euthanized due to the severity of her condition.
