Stress and tension often cause us to hold our breath and repress our feelings. Over time, these accumulated feelings demand increasing amounts of energy to suppress, creating a debt in the vitality we bring to our lives.
Dharma Breath® accesses vast amounts of energy that can be transformed into your desires. Tom Lodge explains, “Focusing on the trauma gives it energy. Understanding the event is not necessary to eliminate its effect.” He references R.D. Laing, who said, “Obsession with past events is like a person in a dungeon. The door is open for them to walk out, yet they choose to stay until they can figure out how they got there.”
Dharma Breath® provides a practical technique that you can use at home to relieve and manage stress. It encourages you to embrace the present moment and live life to the fullest.
Feedback from those who have participated in Ayahuasca (Iowaska) ceremonies reveals that Dharma Breath® achieved even more for them personally in terms of expanding their consciousness—without any side effects. Conscious breathing connects us to our spirit, fostering clarity and peace.

Jacqui is a Registered Master of Dharma Breath®. She mentored from 1978 to 2001
with Tom Lodge, receiving her Master’s
designation in 1990 and moved strongly
into sharing these methods in workshop
formats. Witnessing the unfolding of souls
by experiencing these methods has her
once again realizing the need to offer these
workshops on a grander scale.
Graduated in Zen Shiatsu at the Shiatsu
School of Canada in 1987, Jacqui’s skill and
passion for her work have continued to
expand with her experience.
Jacqui has hosted holistic and medical
international speakers covering a wide
range of subjects, which have educated and
empowered the attendees with choices to
consider for their health. Her diverse range
of topics continues to develop.
For five years she taught “Introduction to
Natural Healing” at Niagara College in St.
Catharine’s, Ontario.
In Whitehorse, she worked with Dr. Donald
Branigan at his Holistic Medical Clinic and
co-hosted the weekly radio show “Future

‘Dharma Breath®.. it silenced my mind, opened my
heart and freed my soul to fly.’ K. Small
‘Dharma Breath® keeps me in touch with myself,
honestly and fearlessly. I now do Dharma Breath®
once a week; I consider it a gift to myself.’
D. Feasby RN.
‘The workshop begins, everyone is breathing. I am
breathing – I think – for the first time in my life,
I feel light. I am crying. I feel like a weight is slow
being lifted from my soul.
I keep breathing…Twelve breath sessions later I
realize that what I got myself into was myself!
At a time when I had given up all hope,
I joined Dharma Breath®. I met the most
remarkable people. Strong courageous and caring .
People who are on their own healing journeys.
Breathing as healing – who knew! ‘
Mary Rodgers, B.A.; Hon B.A.; B. Ed.
‘Jacqui Tracy’s skills as a facilitator, health care
provider, musician, planner, community worker
and parent accumulate into a remarkably
energized individual. She is, in a sense, a blend
of the spiritual and the practical, understanding
that the ideal and the mundane intersect more
often than less successful entrepreneurs might
wish.’

National College of Natural Medicine
