DANCE JOCKEY
(WS 1: 2h) 12:30-14:30
The choreographer is an authorial mixer of preexisting materials. A dancer has great motor skills and enjoys the ease of creating something different from what already exists in his/her body; he/she is his/her own DJ. I will share a choreography incorporating elements from various dance styles to create a fun, hybrid experience.
WOEY GOEY!
(WS 2: 2h) 15:00-17:00
Undulating movements result from the alternation of contractions between opposing muscle groups, or the alternation between concentric contraction and eccentric contraction of the same muscle group. The resulting movement resembles the movement of waves, curves, rolls... Get ready for a class full of gelationous, juicy and sticky movements with a serpentine choreography at the end.
◇ Fusion intensive (2 x 2h WS)
Early Bird Price: 450 pln (first 5 participants)
Regular Price: 500 pln
