About this Event
Join us for a special live conversation with John Hope Bryant, entrepreneur, bestselling author, philanthropist, and Founder, Chairman & CEO of Operation HOPE, as he comes to New Haven for an exclusive bookish conversation with Black Kidds Read Too centered around his newest book, Capitalism for All.
This conversation, moderated by Da Kidd P.G., will explore John Hope Bryant’s journey through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, economic empowerment, leadership, and community impact, while diving into his belief that financial opportunity and economic participation should be accessible to everyone.
Expect an engaging conversation around the ideas behind Capitalism for All, including financial literacy, entrepreneurship, ownership, building wealth, and how individuals and communities can better participate in today’s economy.
And because this is Black Kidds Read Too, we’re going deeper into the books. We’ll also talk with John about some of the books, ideas, and lessons that have influenced and helped shape him throughout his journey, and the role reading and continuous learning have played in his development as an entrepreneur and leader.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur, creative, business owner, student, community leader, reader, or simply someone interested in financial empowerment and building a better future for yourself and your community, this is a conversation you don’t want to miss.
Following the conversation and audience Q&A, attendees will have an opportunity to meet John Hope Bryant and have their copy of Capitalism for All signed.
Ticket includes one copy of Capitalism for All, admission to the live Black Kidds Read Too conversation, the book signing, and an opportunity to network and connect with like-minded individuals.
