Joel Bryant is a Los Angeles-based comedian who first stepped onstage at 17 years old in his hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico, came up through the Los Angeles comedy scene (The Comedy Store, The Improv, Laugh Factory) and has been a comedy vagabond ever since, touring around the US and headlining in over 40 countries (including cities such as Paris, Barcelona, Bangkok, Vienna, Lisbon, Singapore, Budapest, Sarajevo, Dar es Salaam and Berlin) and was the first American comedian to perform in Antarctica.
His stories of travel, family and relationships are worldwide and he's never shy about involving the audience in his show thanks to years of improv training at the famed Groundlings school. There is no 4th Wall!
In over 20 years of standup he's shared the stage with such names as Bill Burr, Jim Jeffries, Nate Bargatze, Anthony Jeselnik, Iliza Schlesinger, Taylor Tomlinson and many, many more and opened for performers such as Stevie Wonder, John Legend, ZZ Top.
He's also a recognizable actor from many TV, film and commercial spots ("Monk," "The Heartbreak Kid," “LA Macabre" and “Criminal Minds,” among others. His new film "Candlewood" came out in 2025 on Amazon Prime and AppleTV). He’s emceed for the NFL for the last 10 Super Bowls, hosts a huge variety of charity auctions and awards galas worldwide.
You will always find him, luggage nearby, making them laugh from the darkest wine cellars of Paris to the swankiest corporate events in Singapore to the sketchiest bars in Berlin to the classic clubs in LA and New York.
