Jam Exchange is a curated event that is dedicated entirely to the celebration of jam, the craft of preservation and stories held inside a jar. Jam lovers, mark your diary for 9am for the Jam Market. Entry is free so you can wander the marketplace, browse and buy jars of jam, grab a coffee and indulge in jam-inspired treats as well as take home something delicious. The Jam Market is open to everyone!
For Jam makers, we invite you to take part in our Jam Exchange! You can book your JAM SWAP ticket on the Horizontal Website to participate - you bring 6 jars of NSW fruit jam, and you leave with 6 jars from other makers across the region. Entry fee for jam makers to be part of the swap is $30 and you can also opt in to enter our Jam Competition as well.
