Sandie will lead a range of relaxed and playful sessions that are great for ANYONE. No experience necessary.
All materials supplied including a light morning tea.
A different Activity and Location each time - come to one or all -
Bring a friend if you like!
Each day is ALSO optional Open Studio & Community Hangout: 10am - 2pm with free wifi and lots of materials available.

Hope Stones - What I Want to Remember
In this calming hands-on activity, participants will paint and create grounding stones featuring words, affirmations, symbols, or reminders they want to carry with them through life.
The stones become small anchors of encouragement, reminders of strength, hope, self-compassion, courage, or calm. Participants may choose to keep their stone close in a pocket or bag as a personal grounding tool, or anonymously leave it somewhere meaningful for another person to discover.
This reflective coaching activity explores the power of intentional reminders, personal meaning, and the ripple effect of kindness, while encouraging participants to pause and consider: What do I most need to remember right now?
