The Battle of the Banger fires up on Sunday 4 Oct at The Surveyor General Inn after a 14 year hiatus. Join us from 5pm at The Surveyor General Inn where NSW legends go head-to-head to claim bragging rights for the best banger in the state. Expect sizzling grills, saucy rivalries, cold drinks, and plenty of laughs as the aroma alone decides who’s got what it takes.
This isn’t your average sausage sizzle...it’s a full-flavoured, good-natured showdown of regional pride, big flavours and even bigger personalities. Think sausage sizzle with spirit - simple, loud, and joyfully regional. Bring your appetite, and enjoy a Sunday late afternoon sanga with a side of community fun, then roll straight into the NRL Grand Final later that evening.
Battle of the Banger winners will be selected by Francis Mallmann, Mark Holland and Mindy Woods as well as you, the punters, presenting the final honours on the day.
