Did you miss the VQFF premiere? Have you seen it and want to watch it again? Do you want to see some bonus footage?! Join us for an evening with The Darlings and filmmaker Jesse Ray McEachern for a screening of their film, with extra special added footage followed by a Q&A.
Directed by Queer, Trans & Non Binary artist Jesse RAY McEachern, Interlude is a film on 4 person Trans & Non Binary Experimental Drag Theatre Collective, The Darlings, who regularly explore themes of Queer and Racial identity in their work. This documentary was filmed over 8 years of shows, photoshoots, gender transition, development of new work and interviews. Fostering deep friendships with each Darling, Ray has been able to capture an honest look into the process of developing experimental Trans Drag in a collective format.
We are proud to say this film has been fully created by Trans, Non Binary and Queer artists in every role!
