About this Event
Pasta Fundamentals — Learn to Make Fresh Pasta from Scratch.
Learn the foundations of Italian cooking in this hands-on workshop led by an LCV chef instructor. You will make hand-rolled pasta from scratch, pair it with a rich classic ragu, and finish with a traditional tiramisu. The focus is on technique, texture, and timing, with each step demonstrated clearly and practiced in a supportive environment.
All ingredients are carefully chosen and locally sourced to ensure freshness and quality. The chef provides step by step instruction, along with recipes you can take home and use again. The class is designed to be interactive, relaxed, and enjoyable, with time to ask questions and refine your skills. Once the cooking is complete, everyone sits down together to enjoy the meal they have prepared. Bring a container for anything you do not finish on the spot. A welcome drink is included to complement the dishes, and each participant receives an apron to take home.
