Dan Ali has funded over $2 Billion in residential financing throughout his 20+ year mortgage career. Since entering the industry in 2003, he has weathered three economic downturns and consistently helped clients win — regardless of market conditions. In 2012, he founded Texas VA Mortgage, a firm dedicated to serving our nation’s Veterans. He later joined InstaMortgage in 2019 and scaled a small branch into a 30-person team of elite mortgage advisors. Dan has been recognized as the top-producing branch nationwide in both loan volume and units closed in 2020 and 2021.
His experience spans Conventional, Jumbo, VA, FHA, and Non-QM (bank statement, DSCR) — giving him a rare edge when it comes to market strategy and product versatility. Dan holds an eMBA from Southern Methodist University with a focus on marketing, strategy, and finance. Off the clock, he actively supports the American Red Cross, Aga Khan Foundation, and Faherty’s Troops First Foundation.
