✨ Come As You Are. Leave More Connected Than Ever.

In a world that moves fast, this is your invitation to slow down and root deeper, into community, into truth, into your soul.

The Integration Circle & Soul Nourishment Potluck is a sacred monthly gathering where heart-centered people meet to share food, stories, reflections, and wisdom. It’s for anyone navigating growth, healing, spiritual awakenings, or seeking safe space to process life’s transformations.

Whether you’ve recently experienced a plant medicine ceremony, a personal breakthrough, or just feel the call to be with others on a conscious path, this circle is for you.

πŸŒ€ What You’ll Experience
πŸ’« Sacred Circle Sharing

Open your heart in a facilitated, nonjudgmental space. Speak your truth, or simply witness others, as we collectively integrate lessons, experiences, and inner wisdom.

🍲 Community Potluck Meal

Food is medicine. Bring a dish that feeds the body and soul, something ancestral, healing, or joyful. Or offer a donation to help keep this circle thriving.

🧘🏽 Grounding Practices

Each gathering begins and ends with breathwork, grounding rituals, or a short meditation to bring us into presence and close in unity.

πŸ’¬ Open Dialogue, Reflection & Connection

These circles are containers for emotional and spiritual integration. Share what’s alive in your heart. Receive support. Offer insight. Be held.

🌟 Why Integration Matters

Integration is how we turn insight into embodiment. Whether from ceremony, therapy, or life experience, healing is not a one-time event. It unfolds over time, in community, and with intention.

By sharing space, food, and reflections, we create an energetic web of support that uplifts all who attend. This is the heartbeat of Temple Mother Earth, sacred, sustainable, and soul-centered healing in motion.
