INSIDE THE BOX™: Foundations Edition is an invitation to do something different: slow down, turn inward, and spend a little time with yourself.
Created by artist and experience designer Jamila Mathis, INSIDE THE BOX™ is an intimate immersive art experience that uses art, environment, reflection, and conversation to create space for you to simply be—with your thoughts, your experiences, your story, and whatever may be waiting for your attention.
Along the way, you'll explore four questions:
What built you?
What are you carrying?
What are you ready to release?
What are you building next?
There are no right answers. You don't have to fix anything. And you never have to share anything you'd rather keep for yourself.
You don't have to tell your story to feel seen.
This isn't a lecture, therapy session, or traditional art workshop. It's simply a few hours intentionally set aside for you.
