Are you seeking to understand more about what happens to the the female hormonal beyond the menopause? Are you now in your 'second spring' and interested to lean into this potential new chapter of your life?
You're invited to join Sally Davis from Leap Mindfulness and Women's Health Coach, Claire McGuiness from Living in Sync, at a circle designed especially for women. Together we’re inviting you to understand more deeply about the ebb and flow of your hormones and how meditation and mindfulness can play a part in your self-care. The link between stress and hormone imbalance has never been more present. This is an opportunity to feel rested & connected whilst informing you on how to align with your bodies natural rytham. Sally will offer guided meditations and stress management techniques, Claire will highlight the hormonal shifts and highlight how your body can be honoured. London Nootropics Coffee and herbal tea will be served as refreshments alongside nourishing treats.
Please note this workshop is focused on women who have experienced menopause & are now no longer have have any menstrual flow, or those near to this.
