About this Event
Our work together will begin with cacao and intention setting. Katie will guide the group through a breathwork session followed by a guided meditation led by Shea. These combined modalities will release what no longer serves you, creating space for the intentions you wish to cultivate. After the breathwork and meditation session, you will gently transition into a state of deep rest, supported by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls while simultaneously receiving energy work.
