Yet through the lived experiences of our everyday lives, we can lose sight of the full magnificence of who we are.

When we walk upon the Earth, we only see what is immediately around us. We feel the ground beneath our feet, but we cannot see the bigger picture, her full breathtaking beauty, which can only be appreciated from a higher perspective. 🌏

And perhaps the same is true of ourselves.

Through the experiences of our lives, we develop an identity shaped by our beliefs, our relationships and the world around us.

Over time, we can begin to see ourselves through the familiar boundaries of who we believe we are, rather than the infinite possibilities of who we may become.

• A number of mats ,throws and cushions will be provided - However feel free to bring your own along to ensure every one has what they need and your full comfort is ensured throughout the evening.

• The room is upstairs above the Quinns Mindarie Surf Life saving club -there are steps to the upper front door or a lift if you prefer.

• Please bring a drink of water with you if you would like to.
