About the speakers
Lou Bailey, Founder, Lou Bailey Design
Lou Bailey began her retail career at Selfridges on the shop floor before moving into visual merchandising, where she fell in love with creating window displays and meeting buyers - discovering a whole new world along the way. From admin to buyer, she eventually headed women’s fashion and accessories at House of Fraser, then led the kids’ department, doubling budgets in the process. She has consulted for retailers including New Look, M&S, and Mint Velvet, and supported start-ups including Navygrey and Lovall. Currently, Lou is launching her own interior design business, bringing together all her skills and experience. After 30 years in the industry, Lou is still passionate about creating, connecting, and bringing personal style to everything she does—while having fun along the way.
