About this Event
The Future of Jumbo Water Tower.
This month’s event will feature a special presentation from the team behind the exciting transformation of Jumbo Water Tower, one of Colchester’s most recognisable landmarks.
Our guest speaker, Joseph Rawlings, Programme Manager for North Essex Heritage, will provide an update on The Jumbo Project, sharing the latest plans for the future of this iconic Grade II* listed building and how it will be brought back to life as a heritage attraction and unique events space in the heart of Colchester.
Joseph will also explore how local businesses can get involved and support North Essex Heritage, the small local charity leading the restoration. From sponsorship and partnerships to supporting the Love Jumbo Appeal, there will be opportunities for businesses to play a part in securing Jumbo’s future and becoming part of its story.
The session will be an opportunity to hear about the latest plans for Jumbo, discover what its transformation could mean for Colchester, and meet members of the North Essex Heritage team and trustees in a relaxed and informal setting.
