Attracting and keeping diverse talent is only possible with both a culture and practice that are flexible and inclusive.

This half-day course explains the barriers that prevent Disabled people getting and keeping good jobs and volunteering roles, and introduces how we can remove these barriers. Delivered by dasl, Lambeth’s peer-led Disabled People’s Organisation.

We’ll cover:

• the social model of disability
• the importance of language
• your understanding of disabling barriers within your own organisation
• how we can be more inclusive and flexible organisations
