About this Event
For 40 years, Barkuma has specialised in employment services for people with developmental disability, supporting people to find and maintain employment. As the first provider in South Australia to deliver this specialised service, we have worked alongside people with disability and employers to create opportunities and workplaces where people can contribute and succeed.
To mark this milestone, we are bringing together employers, business leaders and HR professionals for a conversation about inclusive employment and what it looks like in practice.
Facilitated by Barkuma CEO Evelyn O’Loughlin, the panel brings together four South Australian employers. They will share what they set out to achieve, what they have learned and what has made a difference.
The panel will be followed by morning tea, providing an opportunity to continue the conversation, ask questions and connect with others interested in inclusive employment.
Join us to hear first-hand experiences, exchange ideas and explore what inclusive employment can look like in your workplace.
