Welcome to the In-Person Somatic Support Space on Sex & Sexuality
Kicking off at Studio 34 Yoga Healing Arts on June 30th, 2025 at 6:30 PM
A safe and affirming space for exploring embodiment, sex, and sexuality. This group is designed to offer support, guidance, and a compassionate ear for those seeking to grow, heal, or simply share. Whether you have questions, concerns, or stories to tell, you’re welcome here — just as you are.
This is both a support group and a learning space, centered on community, mutual care, and access to professional somatic guidance. Together, we foster connection, insight, and choice — always grounded in consent and curiosity.
This space is for:
Those who identify as FLINTA — women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, transgender, and agender individuals — who are exploring embodiment, desire, healing, or growth around the body, intimacy, sex, sexuality, self, and relationships.
What to expect:
- Conversations and reflections led by a certified somatic sexologist
- Space to share your experiences, questions, and challenges
- Consent-based support: engage how you want, receive what feels right — no more, no less
- A format that honors your autonomy, your body, and your voice

(If/as time allows) Mini workshop on somatics
Info: (~10 min) workshop or guided practice related to embodiment, eros, authentic desire, or self relationship
Opt-in individual turns sharing about experiences / concerns
Info: Equal-airtime model for everyone to share as desired with an option to receive responses (or not). Choice of: hearing back peer resonances, peer advice, professional guidance / coaching from Ki, or any combination of these.
