Escape to the streets of Thailand as we create one of the country’s most famous classics: Pad Thai!
In this fun and hands-on class, you’ll be guided step-by-step through recreating this beloved Thai dish, known for its delicious balance of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy flavors. You’ll learn basic knife skills and how to build the flavorful Pad Thai sauce from scratch, then choose between chicken or tofu as you prepare your own dish. A vegan-friendly sauce will be available - just let the instructor know at the start of class.
Once you’ve created your masterpiece, you’ll plate, garnish, and enjoy your Pad Thai alongside your fellow foodies. You’ll also gain insight into sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialty spices so you can recreate the perfect Pad Thai at home.
All you need to bring to this class is your curiosity and appetite!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are not included in the ticket price but will be available for purchase at the venue. Outside beverages are not permitted. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+
