About this Event
Broadway’s lovable menace Nicholas “Nicki” Cooper (& Juliet) presents their solo show, I’m Not That Girl; a celebration of Queerness and the women who inspire them.
Born and raised in the cornfields of Iowa, Nicki discovered who they were through the music of women. With a pop-girlie’s heartbeat and a theatrical flair, this small town star is ready to “come out” to NYC with their debut solo show. Come enjoy everything from diva power ballads to Sondheimian emotional breakdowns. Featuring dancers, and guest stars, a band - oh my!!!
See the performer who critics call “squirrelly and energetic” (Nicki’s father) as well as a “trip hazard - it’s kind of her thing!” (Michael Iván Carrier).
If you too geek out for Celine Dion AND Flora the Red Menace, then come discover why Nicki Cooper isn’t that girl... but is that diva.
