Join Us for the IDOT – COMTO Chicago DBE & Small Business Luncheon!
Join the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and COMTO Chicago for a luncheon panel featuring leaders from the Illinois Unified Certification Program (IL UCP). Panelists will discuss their successful collaborative efforts navigating changes to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program following the USDOT Interim Final Rule issued in October 2025. The IL UCP will share its successful and ongoing work to certify DBEs, along with current and future efforts to support Illinois small businesses. DBE and SBE firms, prime consultants, contractors, and industry professionals are encouraged to attend, connect with agency partners, and learn about contracting opportunities and resources available to them.
