About this Event
For one evening only, Trafford Palazzo will transform into an incredible Hyrox training arena, bringing the intensity of Hyrox together with the awe-inspiring Gaia — the suspended artwork by artist Luke Jerram.
The event space will be open from 5:45PM – 8:00PM for an immersive workout experience packed with energy, challenges, music, prizes, sampling and some of the biggest names in the Hyrox world.
The workout will be from 6.30PM - 7.30PM
The Workout
The session will be led by Gus Vas Tostes, expect a high-energy, full-body workout inspired by the Hyrox format, designed to challenge you, push your limits and leave you feeling stronger than when you arrived.
Whether you're already deep into your Hyrox journey or you're looking to experience it for the first time, this is your chance to get involved.
And you'll be doing it all beneath Gaia — a breathtaking, seven-metre-diameter representation of Earth suspended above the event space.
