Discover a gentle, welcoming space to explore creativity at Colour & Calm Collective — a six‑month painting journey designed especially for adults who don’t usually take part in arts activities.
Across six monthly Wednesday sessions, you’ll be guided through a range of beginner‑friendly drawing and painting techniques. Each workshop offers time to practise, experiment, and gradually build a small collection of your own artwork, all within a relaxed and supportive environment.
Alongside learning new skills, the programme includes a mindful element — using creativity as a way to slow down, focus on the present moment, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making art. No pressure, no perfection, just gentle encouragement and space to grow your confidence.
By the end of the programme, participants will have the chance to share their work in an informal community showcase for family, friends, and local residents.
