A guided experience with Cacao, Breathwork & Hypnosis – designed to support nervous system balance and inner clarity.
About this Event

You get through the week fine. But in the quiet moments, when nothing is asking anything of you, you notice how much you have been carrying.

And you may already sense that there is a place where you can simply set it down. We begin with cacao, warming and opening the heart. And as you breathe, your body can begin to release what it has been holding on to, a little more with every breath.

Then George and Sophie weave hypnotic language and live music into one flowing journey, and you can allow yourself to drift deeper, into trance, into a rest so deep that your mind can let go on its own, while your inner wisdom finds all the room it needs to speak. And when the time is right, humming and chanting gently bring you back into the room, into the circle, into connection with everyone around you.

And as you walk home, you may notice how much lighter you feel. Your body and your nervous system can stay deeply relaxed, and you can discover, perhaps to your own surprise, a new way of being at ease with what is.

Open, inspired and connected: with yourself, with the people who shared this journey with you, and with the world around you.

Autumn knows how to let go. The trees release their leaves so naturally, trusting that what falls makes space for what is yet to come. And you might wonder what you are ready to leave behind this evening, the things you no longer need.

For the tickets we chose a sliding scale, so you can support the project in a way that feels most comfortable for you.

“The hypnotic journey was a very special experience that I will never forget. People often talk about the journey to oneself. However, this journey not only helped me to get to know myself better but also my soul.” — Melina

About us:

Since 2020, George and Sophie have been creating trauma-informed journeys where hypnosis and music speak one language. We both guide with words and we both shape the sound, so every journey unfolds as one living whole, improvised in the moment and attuned to the people in the room.

Synthesizers, guitar, voice, field recordings and healing frequencies open wide inner landscapes, while hypnotic suggestion gently invites you into trance. You arrive in that soft space between waking and dreaming, where everyday thoughts grow quiet and your body and nervous system can deeply rest. From there, the journey leads you to a safe place within yourself, where trust can grow: trust in who you are, and trust in your life.

What makes our journeys special is the ground they stand on. We are both psychologists and work therapeutically with hypnosis in our daily practice. Every suggestion, every transition and every sound is shaped by clinical experience and a deep understanding of how the unconscious and the nervous system respond. This allows you to let go fully, held by two guides who know how to accompany deep inner processes with care and safety.
