HY-LLOWEEN HYBRID RACE

Get your vampire blood pumping, raise vital funds, and embrace the Halloween spirit! Join us for the HY-LLOWEEN Hybrid Race — a themed mini-HYROX race guaranteed to rattle your skeleton bones!

Your participation supports two incredible causes: Global Health Fund and The Royal

Costumes are optional but highly encouraged! 👻

FORMAT

Expect a high-energy workout taking under an hour to complete. You’ll run 5x 500m laps paired with 5x functional fitness stations. Some stations are inspired by standard HYROX events — and some reimagined with a few spooky Halloween twists!

Singles Ticket (Solo): You will run all 5x 500m laps and tackle every single functional fitness station completely on your own.

Doubles Ticket (Partner): You and your partner will run all 5x 500m laps together side-by-side, and you will tackle most of the functional fitness stations as a team, splitting the work.

Functional Fitness Stations (with pumpkins instead of weights):

1. 100m Pumpkin Lunges (Doubles participants share the distance)
2. 50x Pumpkin Sit Ups (Doubles participants share the reps)
3. 50x Pumpkin Squat Press (Doubles participants share the reps)
4. Tombstone Toss (Doubles participants share the challenge)
5. 100m Burpee Broad Jump (Doubles participants share the distance)

COST

a. Singles Ticket: $25.00 (+ fees)

b. Doubles Ticket: $50.00 (+ fees)

All tickets include a BBQ lunch - burger/hot dog & beverage!

c. T-Shirt: $10.00 (Optional Add-On)
