About this Event
Join us and more than 20 local nonprofits and community partners for a free, high-impact community workshop designed to help homeowners and landlords unlock over $50,000 in vital home repair and safety grant funds. Because funds are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, attendees are encouraged to act fast to secure their share before the money runs out.
The event takes place on October 20th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Delavan Grider Community Center, located at 877 E. Delavan Ave, Buffalo, NY 14215. Attendees can connect directly with experts across a broad spectrum of critical areas, including lead safety and remediation grants, first-time homebuyer programs, specialized mortgages and financing, energy and insulation programs, home repair assistance, legal support, and food and health resources.
Featured presentations, workshops, and tables will be hosted by the Lead Safe Task Force, Erie County Health Department (ECDOH), KeyBank, Hispanics United of Buffalo, Environmental Education Associates, Massachusetts Avenue Project (MAP), Prime Time Energy, Ground Source, Housing Opportunities Made Equal (HOME), Neighborhood Legal Services (NLS), Buffalo Urban League, Iconic Real Estate, The Tool Library, La Reina Photos, BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, and NeighborWorks Community Partners, alongside many other local organizations.
